Finally I've managed to solve my problem(temporary solution). This is what I did:1.
Connect device to your system(PC/Laptop) and install required drivers and/or software.2. If the network icon, on the task bar, has a yellow triangle then it mean windows can see your device, but failing to obtain the IP address of your device. (If the network icon has a red cross then Windows cannot see your device, probably due to drivers.)3. Right click on the network icon on the task bar(which should have a yellow triangle) and select 'Open Network & Internet Settings'4.
In next window (Network & Internet) select 'Change Adapter Options'5. In next window(Network Connections) right-click the connection that is assigned to your device(in my case it was 'Local Area Connection 2') and select 'Properties'.6.
